Some of you need to get out of the puzzle palace and talk to the line folks. It's getting interesting out there and yet nobody wants to acknowledge it. You wouldn't have to increase IOE to 75 hours in the first year if it wasn't a problem.

Quite the characterization. A few south guys did express some disdain for the north side.

For the most part that was not the case. Mergers always have some contention and turd tossing...you should know that given the colgan/XJ merger.

We've ended up as one overall happy group who apparently universally hate light chop and making eye contact with you JV scum.

That is only for someone upgrading to captain in the first year, not for their initial OE. They don't have to increase IOE to 75 hours... they are doing it to make sure the quick upgrades get the appropriate mentoring.

Methinks someone may be drinking and posting tonight...

I fly Delta passengers and Delta crew members every day. I do the same job you do. I do it very well. Time to drop the attitude.

Oh I don't doubt that for a second. That response was for a previous post regarding screening applicants...and for the record..there are plenty of excellent pilots...this guy didn't fail on stick and rudder skills...he failed on decision making 101. I'm glad things worked out for him though.

You're a funny guy. Time to drop the jealousy and envy. Also, I'd learn humility. It's obvious you have too much of the former and not enough of the latter. But no! You're the perfect Delta pilot but we just haven't had the pleasure of employing the likes of you.

Looks like he got a vacation from another moderator. Hopefully his hangover won't be too bad.... back to your regularly scheduled programming!

Maybe you guys should try PM or create a new board - Endeavor Flow Why and Why Not?

I'm tired of reading the posts. It's like watching the presidential debates. I'm sick of both candidates.

Wrant over!

He started it

He talked himself into a temporary ban in a different thread so it's over as far as I'm concerned.
