The company talks a lot about 1st year FO pay, but what is 2nd year FO pay averaging these days?

If you go strictly off guarantee, sure. Fly more, you can make equal to or above $60K first year. I'm on pace for mid-60Ks in my first year (started last Fall)...several 2nd year pilots I've talked to are north of $70-75K, with upgrades coming for almost all of them.

With my previous 121 time, I should be upgrading within the next 3-4 months. When that happens, my 2nd year pay jumps pretty nice.

My average while holding a line is/was 75 hours....this 83 hour average the union is using a fricking insult to our intelligence. I am not going to ***** myself out down to 9 or 10 days off to make up the imaginary difference they are using to calculate monthly line averages....use 75 hours or give me the god damn company proposal.

All of the lines (DTW 900 FO) that I have gotten for 2017 have been at or around 75 credits. That being said I typically swap trips for better credit in open time if available or I will pick up high credit trips on my days off. I have been averaging over 15 days off with +90 hours of credit each month.
