Pretty sure I said $25.56, not $20. Obviously, anything less than $25.56 is a pay cut, and I wouldn't support it, either. Actually, we'd need more like $68 an hour for FYFOs to stay in line with the AA WOs. That would equate to a $38 increase in pay, which I would gladly get behind, even though it's about $15 less an hour than we should get, I think.
And for the reserves that get absolutely no control over their credit each month, no credit for a day not called in, oh and the least days off of any line pilots on top of it??? Should reserves be happy with say a $20/hr increase because, they "might break guarantee or should bid first out (like that matters)" Good luck finding days off as a reserve to pick up without bidding a string of 6 on 1 offs, oh then you have to get lucky to have that off day stretch actually have anything to pick up.
Either the rates are a minimum of $25.55/ hr more across the board or it's a no from me.

sorry it didn't come across that way to me. There seems to be some trying to justify $20/hr or basing on 85 hr/month because that'd be more in line for average lineholder pay, but that would screw the reserves, CDOs, and junior lineholders.

I would never advocate for a pay cut, and by the time 1 January 2018 rolls around, even $25.56 will be a pay cut, IMHO.
Bolded what I said above for clarity.

Nothing wrong with flying CDOs, but those who do tend to want to get paid min guarantee for minimal work. If you work a regular schedule, you may actually have to come to work more, but you'll still get min guarantee. As long as the hourly pay is equal to or greater than the current hourly rate plus $25.56, then it won't be a pay cut.

Confused on why we aren't using FAR projections. I'm at 920 company/121 but being bypassed by people with 600 hours of company time although they have prior 121. Short on total time for company mins I know you can't start class till you have it. But common 80 hours... by the time class comes anyway I'd have it. Oh well less reserve.
