175s made it pretty far in Nov 20th class. Previous 121 guys know they would be forced into upgrade and picking the 145 gives them the extra 5k that they would miss out on because of forced upgrade into the 145. I think a couple of them made it into tier 3. Young Cadets snatched them first of course, but there were only 3 or 4 Cadets

It's a form of TDY. It isn't what it sounds like. Basically, during months which have a TDY, you have the option to travel positive space to the TDY domicile. But you might have to travel on your unpaid days off, just like normal commuting.

It's a poorly named concept, which causes confusion.

Bleak ? May was like 6 months ago

Why is Endeavor better ? They have NO Dallas pilot base. How do we go from "6 months to hold DFW" and then Endeavor is better ?

Better pay, commutable lines, new commuter policy, better schedules (15-18 days off).

Not needed if Dallas based at Envoy.

When was the last time DFW was offered out of class? That's potentially 6-8 months of commuting.
