Well, day trips being worth at least 5 hours of credit would be great, for ANY trip at Envoy would be great, but you’re not just shooting for the moon, you’re a shooting for the stars.

Very few sequences at Envoy even come close to averaging 5 hours a day. That would make a four day worth 20 hours and I’d say less than 15% of four days are worth that much. Average four day is about 16 hours. 16 hours x five sequences of four days gives you 80 hours and eleven days off. Most lines have closer to 74 hours average and 13 days off. You do the math. If you happen to be a keyboard warrior who is good with archaic computer languages and lucky enough to be able to sit at your iPad when the trade period opens, and IF your sequence isn’t considered “critical”, you might be able to trade some of those sequences for something with a little more credit.

Envoy is NOT a major company in any way, shape or form and the contract reflects accordingly.

The contract will not be improved. The company has no desire to improve it. PERIOD

Quoted for truth, everything in the above post can be relied upon. Especially the part about improving the contract - Envoy would rather go to zero pilots and dissolve than give us any meaningful, permanent improvements.

That’s because Pedro only cares about ground services. That’s the only thing he knows/understands.

I wonder what kind of parachute upper management gets if Envoy dissolves

44 resignations at the bottom that survey and only nine days into the month.

The last number I saw for January was 97.

I’ve enjoyed working with everyone here and hope for their sakes we don’t close doors. However, I think that anyone flowing in 2023 or later should be looking for an exit just to ensure they still have a paycheck. Regardless, everyone should be based on lost seniority at the majors each month alone.

Nowhere does it say Envoy “Airlines” “Envoy Air” is a ground handling company.

Google “ground handling companies” see what comes up.

You notice the increased station ground personnel are pdt and not envoy.
pedro is missing in action, they put a letter out every now and then supposedly by him but in reality no one at any airport facility has seen pedro for at least 2 years except on the sms video.

Would you show your face if you ran a shop like this as CEO and reported to a do-nothing middle manager VP at AA?

It’s almost like that was my point.
