Fleet manager told a new hire class awhile back the last planned new hire class 190 class was sometime this fall and then everyone would be withheld on it until it was gone. It used be a pretty good deal as far as movement, but it's turning into stagnation city.

HL summary. Not to be take as gouge. Here goes.....
Union shared a communication with details. Essentially, ensure you’re continuously learning/reviewing for recurrent, that is, don’t wait to see your HI10 populated to start preparing. Day1 will be a written exam, based on the output as a class they will review missed “TOP” items as a group. An additional day added to SIM schedule to cover EET.
