Envoy has not had to struggle staffing wise since last summer, which was corrected somewhat with the LoAs that made DEC hiring easier and slightly more attractive.
Even now we're filling classes almost entirely with cadets and prior 121 people. Yes you could argue that raises now would prevent a drop off later from PSA siphoning pilots but our management has never been known to act proactively.
Last year was our opportunity to try and get some pay/QoL improvements when we were due to be short on captains going into the summer. We got a few things and a small flow increase and in return the company got everything they needed to avoid giving us a raise and checking the boxes AA needed to be checked.

I'm no company guy but can you really blame them for running an operation that needs most of AAs needs without the added cost of raises? From what I understand PSA actually was looking at low enough new hires this summer that required something to get more people in the door.

The reason we are in this situation is you showed up when they tossed a menial bonus and a little pay raise aimed predominantly at NHs. They offered scraps to CAs and senior FOs and was able to go to 2400 pilots from 1500.

Point taken and since day one of indoc I’ve regretted coming here, although I was always going to stay with my 1st regional. However, when I signed up you turds were talking about 1 mo reserve and DFW in class on here and Envoy had top tier pay. I’ve done my part to put the word out.

I ended up working the whole two weeks but this was 7 years ago during Eagle round 1. I back then I had zero intentions of ever getting back into 121 let alone coming back to Eagle. Times and my life changed and I came back for round two. I say all this just to discourage burning a bridge.
