You mean that you don't enjoy flying a 65-76 seat RJ for 50 seat rates? Crazy talk.

We have no control over this and our pay shouldn't be subjected to it.

I’m not advocating for ANY kind of blended, banded, or grouped pay rate. I think it should be based only years if service. I realize that some “big boys” have different rates for some of the same type rated aircraft. The way PSA and several other companies have a blended rate, I think, is really kind of ridiculous. Envoy’s pay banding is an abortion of the same concept.

Yes, 145 and 175 have different type ratings, but really no reason to have different rates. It would also give less incentive to merge Envoy and Piedmont if all captains were paid the same.

You mean like all that bonus money plus 3rd year pay rate coming out of the starting gate for f/o's. The top have not benefited anything in 10 years while you have. Cant have everything.

Don’t be like that. If we went by your method, nothing would ever advance in this industry. Your timing wasn’t as good. Live with it or pout about it.

I sure could use an extra $1000-$1500 a month. Thats a mortgage payment for a lot of people.

Or a car and insurance payment on a mid-life crisis car. Or part of an alimony payment to a second ex-wife.
