I have to say that if the Union can’t tell people they shouldn’t come here and apparently even us as pilots trying to tell people they shouldn’t come could be considered some kind of labor action, then the very least the Union can do is sue the company to stop blatant false advertising about the flow and pay. If the company thinks new hires will flow in 5.5 years, then show us the math!

Actually you are wrong. Being quiet and submissive is helping envoy mgt not the NC. The mec will respond when they agree to shi+ that they had no idea we were against concessions.
Also we are not the minority, but you are.

Right like when we "stayed the course" during the reserve negotiations and the NC fumbled that and management walked away. PSA and Piedmont smartened up and realized the company has no obligation to negotiate, were not even in amendment rounds until next year. It really is take the money or you get nothing.

Minority? I don’t think so. Everyone I’ve spoken to has just about had it. But sure sit back and relax as the weeks go by being the lowest paid wholly owned.

True. Almost every new FO I've flown with is asking what's going on and why the union hasn't taken the money at this point. Most didn't realize how low $39/hr really is before they came here. In unity.

Would you be ok with the rates PDT got? I wouldn’t be. I want the NC to keep doing their job.

We don't fly a fleet of 50 seaters. I'm very much assuming the company offered the same blended rates out if the gate, and the union wanted more + reserve/QOL improvements, when they weren't even on the table prior to this. Company responds by saying FU go fly the line, and they haven't met in weeks since.
