Pay banding dies and you'd have to be prepared to never fly the 175 as a captain just saying...

We don't fly a fleet of 50 seaters. I'm very much assuming the company offered the same blended rates out if the gate, and the union wanted more + reserve/QOL improvements, when they weren't even on the table prior to this. Company responds by saying FU go fly the line, and they haven't met in weeks since.

The way I see it is that this union has an opportunity here to garner a lot of needed continued support or to shoot itself in the foot. I’d be willing to bet that there will be recalls discussed if this negotiation breaks down and the ball gets dropped yet again.
I’m cautiously optimistic here. Regardless of what the rates are, pay banding needs to die.
Where’s that update letter we were told was coming anyway?

Until the Union makes good on their promise from the last communication to disclose what has been offered it is all just speculation. Them Union boys need to step up and at least stick to what they have been communicated officially to the pilot group.
Kinda hard to take them seriously anymore when they don't even stick to their own promises.
