While I understand why management feels the need to monitor sites like this, I’ll never understand their desire to infiltrate and pretend to be one of us. It always becomes too obvious and defeats the purpose.

Well, if there’s any upside at all I think it’s that most people’s faith in the MEC has been largely restored. It certainly sounds like they brought home a very reasonable agreement that most people would’ve been more than ok with.

Now looking forward to hearing exactly what deal, in bullet points, management feels we are NOT worth. It doesn’t sound like it was extravagant at all.

Wasn’t even enough to really bring us in line with everyone else. The company should have been grateful that WE were willing to settle. Sick of this AAG trying to be a bottom feeder bull****. American is considered a “Legacy” airline, yet while others like Delta pull away in quality and service(along with their wholly owned pulling away in qol and pay) we strive to lower ourselves to focus on the competition with Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, etc. The wholly owns should be striving to be the top regionals in all aspects. Make their own worth more than the turds they contract too. But nooooo, screw us.
This place became a dumpster fire through the bankruptcy and when the fires finally got put out around 2016ish stuff started to look up. Looked like it might have been ready to rebuild and become decent again. A lot of dumbasses rushed in, including myself seeing a big shiny bonus. But the past 2.5 yrs has just been mgmt ripping the contract and any bit of hope we had into shreds. Well now they’ve tossed that kindling into the damn dumpster again. Seems like they tossed in a couple of matches too. Heck with this place.
