I've emailed and gotten no replies. Reps won't tell you anything in person. P2Ps don't know more than we do. We haven't had any minutes posted since January. At some point I have to know that somehow what I am saying is being heard.

And if you email the union they won't tell you anything because this "isn't a section 6". So what's the point

I doubt there is an answer that would work for everyone, as everyone’s situation is different, but that is obvious, so I’m assuming there were reasons other than to see a response for you to be asking a rhetorical question?

Go email the reps and see as you get no response or being told in person they can't discuss anything

5 paychecks is too long for something PSA was handed.

Perhaps. While our CEO's email address is available through the Search Directory function in the Outlook, I think it would be more practical to let the NC speak with the company on our behalf.

Can somebody confirm if they’re in meetings today?

Just wait 2 months for the actual update. It will either be
1. The company walked away
2. We made a great deal to accept new pay rates we were offered in April. Pat us on the backs

Your opinion, just like mine, is one of about 2500 and, just like mine, will be noted.

I do not, however, appreciate you rocking the Union boat, against the MEC’s continued requests to keep the bargaining off of the social media.

Please keep your frustrations in check, spilling them over will not help your paycheck in the long run.
Bargaining requires two or more parties engaging in the process.

Other than a few VERY obvious lackeys on here, there are no company representatives on here saying anything. There is no bargaining or negotiating going on. It is just a bunch of people expressing frustration about the situation and trying to dissuade others from putting themselves in the same situation and making that position worse.

Good. Let's "stay the course" then and let the NC negotiate for the best possible gains for us.
After all, we can always b**** them out later if we don't like what they get.
