Where is the contract violation? If anything your route of a complaint should be to the state of Illinois because they are requiring the training and envoy is denying to pay us for.

TC just said on the DFW page that he has filed a dispute. Everyone else should as well. File a wage claim with the Department of Labor in IL as well.

it’s not in the contract so the union isn’t legally allowed to talk to the company about it, apparently.
