For PSA at least, outside attrition is approximately 4X flow. Metering flow would be a GREAT way to induce guys 6-12 months out to leave.

There is zero chance that you only spent five years at Envoy and flowed. The fasted group on paper to flow would have been the July/August 2016 hires at about four years and eight months, but COVID added a lot more time to that. I call BS.

Also...the 4th MEC Chairman in a row is about to leave for an airline that isn't AA. Just saying...
