True 5G Is not pervasive yet. But it does interfere with the Radar/Radio Altimeter.

You know more than the people who made the rules. My point is your attitude toward the rules. It’s a dangerous attitude. It’s pride. It’s like the rules apply to everyone, except you. You are special. It’ll bite you eventually.

Yeah but if you sneeze outside your mask nowadays you could be up on charges of attempted assault with intent to harm.

Same with crew. We have procedures. Follow them. I hate the guys that ask me “are you standard” because they are not. I’m
as standard as I can be. Striving for perfection. Certainly not there yet. If you’re catch me being non standard call me on it. I’ll fix it.
It’s the ATTITUDE towards the rules.

This verges on personal but no I don’t intentionally speed. I’ve accidentally done it but not intentionally. We all make mistakes. It’s the attitude I’m discussing. That rule is stupid so I don’t obey it. The phone really doesn’t interfere. Does it? Does it matter if it doesn’t? It’s the culture of “the rules don’t apply to me” that is dangerous. It’s why I am merciless deplaning a disruptive passenger. If they can’t follow simple sit in your own seat. Stow your bag. Etc how can I trust that in an emergency evacuation they will follow instructions without question?

OK, that's fine. At least you're consistent. I do drive over the speed limit though. Not because I get there faster (the difference is miniscule enough I'm amazed at how many people insist on driving out of their minds) but because if I do drive the speed limit, I'm so much slower than everyone else I feel like I'm being the safety hazard. Not because I don't think the rules don't apply to me. I can see your point on that as far as some people not thinking the rules apply to them. I just don't like the notion that if you'll break this rule it means that you'll break that rule.

I drive the speed limit on cruise control listening to “she gonna pop it” by Juicy J. I’d personally feel like a big fat wet kitty if I gave 1/2 an F if others were driving faster than me. Safety hazard? Grow a sack bruh.
