Yeah, to politely throw it in managements face that they lied repeatedly.......
And to provide realistic seniority, equipment, base data to the pilots.
You’re throwing stones at Envoy while it sounds like you’ve already taken both concessions and furloughs. Nice job by the student council. Oh wait... anything they do is really nothing more than a suggestion.... which is why you have so many guys on zero time lines. Someday you’ll learn. At a regional, its Full pay to the last day.
For most, Don’t wait to flow. Get out of the regionals at your first opportunity. LCC, ACMI are both better options. The difference is night and day

You’re not officially hired until you pass your IOE line check. Not a single pilot on the line has been furloughed. Not a single pilot on the line has taken any concessions, unless by his or her choice.
I’m still receiving the multiple profit, financial, and performance sharing bonuses we’re given each year. In fact out of ORD nothings really changed for us. Still working my four day trips every month, west coast flying.

I didn’t initiate the stone throwing. We haven’t taken concessions or furloughs. Zero time lines??? What are you talking about exactly? Are your referring to our VTO (voluntary time off) and PTO (Paid time off)? Both are Voluntary and bid for by the pilot. Nobody in the 175 looking for time off is being approved FYI.

It’s unfortunate to hear your management sucks so much your own MEC has to send out a diss email every month, that’s rough. It’s hilarious that because your management sucks so much, that must automatically mean SkyWest management sucks just as much, the pilots are just “fools”. What a joke.

Im circling back to you telling me what our MEC thinks. You still think the flow date on the monthly list is MEC selling flow to our pilots?

Applying your elementary logic:
If you fail training at Skywest and are 'let go' (whatever term you desire). You wouldn't have to disclose it, because you never worked there.
Do I have this correct?

You said: You do not have to disclose employment at Skywest if you wash out from training.
You still want to lock that answer? I would love you to say that at an airline interview, especially after 5Y3591.
And I'm still waiting for your answer about our MEC and how you know what they think about the flow. Want to expand that a bit more?
And while we are at it, you are saying you took no concessions. Did your LOA/MOU or whatever it was called say the company can involuntarily junior man pilots to VTO if they don't have enough takers?
Let's start with those, ok?
