Maybe you missed it but we are in the midst of a once in a generation global pandemic. NOBODY is hiring thus the reason for no flows at present. AA isn't hiring as they re-tool for the other side. Once mass vaccination rates go through the roof and herd immunity develops, AA is going to lead the legacies in capacity and be operating one of the leanest, meanest fleets and workforces in recent history. If it's really true that you were all the things you described, you're going to be real sorry when your flow date would have come up and you are stuck at some lousy ACMI with subpar work rules, pay rates and working conditions.
In addition, you keep conveniently leaving out the fact that AA has to hire back all their furloughs before any mention of the flow comes up. That is at least a year, if not more. Keep smoking the stuff you have because it must be nice to live in a delusional world.
You, so far as I have encountered, are the only voice telling anyone, anywhere, to hand on to a regional job if another opportunity comes up. Even if this is some fun troll like game you enjoy, you are giving the wrong advice to people who may not know any better, something you should feel ashamed of.
I have come to the conclusion you are either an *******, a troll, or a combination of the two. If only I knew your real name I would be able to never put myself in a position to have to sit next to you on a flight-deck.

Hmm, Nobody is hiring? FedEx and UPS are "Nobody"? I am sure even pilots at AA would disagree with that statement. More false information from you shouldn't be surprising though.
While we are on the subject, can you explain to me why Spirit and Frontier are able to grow and open hiring windows while AA is sending out WARN letters... again? How is it that ACMI carriers are hiring, buying new airplanes, and expanding operations? I mean, we are in the midst of a global pandemic as you pointed out and so far the only ones that don't seem to be hiring are the big four and their regional feeds.
As for my former flow date, I will wait and see. A year ago I was sitting happy knowing that I was one year away from the promised land. I guess I will know if I made the right choice at retirement. Race you there buddy!

But I don’t think it’s by accident that the ULCCs are lead turning the post-COVID hiring already. Their equipment and their business model are much more efficient in this environment.
And the seniority system and multi fleet types are devastating under these circumstances, when you are forced to park much of your most expensive hardware and must then either displace or just pay your highest paying pilots to just sit.
And even then, the business class space that can’t NOW be sold at business class prices costs you CASM.
Furloughing a new FO on the junior equipment scarcely saves you any money by the time you pay for replacing him/her with someone whose last type before 787 was 727. And then when, hopefully, the situation normalizes, you must retrain both.

When did I ever day I had you on ignore? Someone has to be the voice of reason to counter your outlandish claims.
Hmm. FedEx, UPS, Atlas, Frontier, Spirit just to name a few. Meanwhile you are still furloughed from your blessed AA. How exactly is AA going to lead on capacity? They keep retiring fleets and downsizing, not to mention the real possibility of losing gate space. SWA, Frontier and Spirit meanwhile are gearing up to take the exact capacity you claim AA is gearing up for. When you add in the huge debt burdens coming for AA next year, they won't have the cash flow to take advantage of any supposed increased capacity anyhow.
In addition, you keep conveniently leaving out the fact that AA has to hire back all their furloughs before any mention of the flow comes up. That is at least a year, if not more. Keep smoking the stuff you have because it must be nice to live in a delusional world.

Newsroom - A fond farewell to five fantastic fleets - American Airlines Group, Inc.
While they have additional aircraft on order, they have yet to arrange financing for them.
Jan 29 (Reuters) - American Airlines has authorized another $1 billion stock sale, following an ongoing $1 billion offering launched in October to boost liquidity, the company said in a regulatory filing on Friday that also detailed its aircraft financing commitments.
Only three of 16 Boeing 737 MAX orders scheduled for delivery through next year have committed financing, and American has the right to defer delivery of the remaining 13 until 2023 or 2024, it said.

AA is going to be considerably smaller after COVID and will stay that way for quite awhile.
