Mgt increasing flow it the cheapest thing they could do. Knowing that the flow is REALISTIC, will keep the mid level pilots here, saving training costs in the long run. No one said anything about giving anything away to get it, nor did anyone say anything about it being the pilots job to keep people or bring them in.

The company want people to come and stay long enough to flow they need to make the flow realistic and someplace people are willing to stay until they do flow.

As long as flow is all but worthless and QOL is crap, few will stay long enough to see a line as captain, let alone to flow.

No reason for pilots to give anything up. It will be better than cost neutral as longer retention is cost saving.

What do carryover lines have to do with July 24-25?

If you only get 12-13 days off and lose a day or two due to C/O it's not long until you're at 11 days off..

But you do have to be one of the senior ones that had a line with the weekend off.
