That one was 3ish years ago. He was a good guy, but made a very wrong comment. Or someone else made it on his behalf “Allegedly”

And yes, this was the case they mentioned on the call.

According to Twitter it wasn’t even two years ago. The fallout is still out there if you search for the right thing. Certainly wasn’t very good optics.
