The MEC doesn’t get paid for working OT. Any OT flying they do goes back into the Union coffers.

‘Voy MEC strikes again. At least the ORD pilot group was smart enough to get enough lips to the ears of the CA rep to get him a no vote. Seems like the rest either didn’t talk to their reps or really don’t understand how to negotiate from a position of power. Great job giving recruitment a new thing to advertise days before Oshkosh for the second time. Fing imbiciles.
Considering this company’s reputation amongst potential new hires, coupled with the fact that they can go to PSA for a quicker flow with better QOL. Why anyone would come here after 2018 makes me question that pilot’s critical thinking and judgement.

The “reps” were dead set on signing it from the start. They did not even care about pilot input. I am very concerned about this new MEC. They seem clueless and they seem like pushovers. At least TC and company had a spine and communicated with the pilot group. These guys are an embarrassment. If will be interesting to see how these clowns manage to screw us on the cost neutral negotiations going forward.

He already flowed on paper and was immediately TDY’d back to Envoy. Golden parachute well established.
