So where will the other 40 go? If it isnt here then I see many (myself included) jumping ship.

Just wait it out and see what happens. It should be painfully obvious by now that Mason knows what the hell is going on around here and provides more information than even our Union at this point.
If he insists that the long term plan is to make Envoy the gateway to AA then that information is coming from somewhere and it is not his arse.

Look, they want their feed in house. Envoy pilots made them look bad. You're dealing with people who in spite of their high position do hold grudges and will be vindictive if they can sell it as "just business." I've known them for several decades, it's who they are and how they operate.
They needed to be able to keep their word, to say "we told you so" and send some planes elsewhere. It wasn't as easy as they had anticipated, nor as cheap. They have since told their upper managers (Glass, Pedro...etc) to fix this.
This means you can expect some type of talks to begin with your union soon about placing the rest of the planes at Envoy. I was told that Pedro was at an Envoy union meeting just within the past few days. The process may be already underway. You have more leverage than you may realize, don't waste it.

Numbers WOULD fix it because they can let you go on their schedule which would alleviate staffing issues AND IF credit for time served at AA then might even get in w/o 1st year draconian pay cuts.

You will not see our guys (APA) approving any such scheme to bypass seniority pay rates. That would be like a B-scale. Having 2 new hires in class, one on 1st year pay, and another on some other step isn't likely to happen.
Stick to realistic goals that can be reached in a short period of time; you do not have the time to enter into 4 party negotiations for numbers schemes.
