This just shows how well informed and educated management is. They played ALPA like a fiddle. They've created a situation where pilots are falling over themselves to go to the lowest paying regionals to get the quick upgrade. Pretty masterful plan. Can't really blame management, we only have ourselves to blame.

very few have had trouble, no higher than non flow throughs. in a program that everyone says is the hardest, at an airline where extra sim time is no big deal at all, a very small percentage of sim hours have been allocated. my only hiccup in training so far was last night when I had to leave the simulator due to a medical emergency at home. Thankfully everything is fine and AA puts family first.

all that said, I'm sure you'd love it if I would log off because I know exactlythe level of bull**** in your posts and those of your friends here.

how the spineless and management suck ups live with themselves. since they have NO HONOR i guess expecting themselves to commit Hari Kari would be to much.

It's just a job, there is no honor to it. Do you tie on a rising sun headband every time you climb in to the cockpit?
