They also realize if the pilots stand their ground, everyone else will too (except you, PSA...) and that will cost them in other labor negotiations.

It's not about me, it's about what's right. Doing what's right is rarely the "easiest" choice by the standards of the world. That is why people lacking courage rarely do it.

Completely agree, well said John!

I want to just say that THIS forum is productive. People working together to find a solution to the bigger problem. I applaud you and hope this sort of dialogue continues. This is what gets things done. Not screaming and shouting for no reason. Well done y'all and thank you.

Not this one. Instead flew MU-2s single pilot driving checks for the fed in the middle of the night until the practice ended. It would be interesting to see whether or not (or how) PFT impacted one's career 20 yrs later.

PSA didn't screw you. If it wasn't PSA it would have been another regional that would under bid Envoy's contract. It's just business.

But.....

It wasn't "another regional", it was PSA! The "other regionals" voted NO to concessions(Envoy, Expressjet, Silver, Republic), and everyone was hoping your group would join the stand against anymore concessions at the already underpaid regionals(and we all know how sadly that turned out).
