Envoy to get 100% flow to AA.

Latest numbers from AA have changed and now they're saying they plan to hire 800 next year. With the E175 arriving on property here in November; it looks like we should be sending 30 a month (or more) to AA next year.
That's a change that would impact the original Envoy upgrade projections also. The 200 projected upgrades may be way too low now.
Discalimer - they change their numbers frequently. This is just their latest stuff.

That should also drop the upgrade times even further. Not to mention we should start flowing the protected pilot group much sooner. I knew the AA training center was playing catch up and would eventually run larger classes. I just didn't know when.

If AA is planning on hiring 800 next year that means 400 come from Envoy. So we are looking at a little more than 30 flows per month for all of 2016.

thungs can change so fast... The flow has always been "just around the river bend" for the last 16 years... So if they decide to say drop all E190 flying. That would negate newhires for a while, My friends that have flowed are now comuting to LGA and MIA.... do they like it... Ya. But its not as majical after waiting 16 years. And having a big lifestyle change in your mid 40's... Would have been better in our 30's as advertised...

I dont know where you get your BS (cujo)R.I. but with Parker, Kirby, and Isomm all saying a net loss of 41-43 mainline aircraft next year due to defered deliveries and parking of older birds and the chance that the SLI will be somewhere close to done so they can start moving aircraft around I'd believe the original 170-180 flows next year max!!! not to mention the expected 200 or so undefers that have until May to make their choice. that still has the flow at over 16 years by the end of year. The only highlight of New York closing is you don't have a vote anymore!!!!
