I will say that I have as good or better chance than someone hired after 2006 at Envoy. 2006 Envoy hires will likely not flow until 2020 with the current situation. I hope that you are prepared for many years at Envoy if you are relying solely on the flow.
2006 hires will likely start to flow during 2017 (next year) unless the flow just stops. 2020? Your math is way the hell off.

2006 hires in the high 700's seniority numbers now. Flows at around #300ish.

300 + pilots per year flow plus outside attrition of CA's to DAL/UAL/SWA/AK etc Has been about 4-5/month.

I'm not sure why anyone would rather be an Allegiant FO versus an Envoy captain. They have the worst reputation of any LCC. And probably take you 4 years right seat to make what an Envoy captain makes. Not sure how 75 SIC time is gonna give you a better chance at a major than an Envoy guy with flow/pic time for other jobs...

But whatever makes you happy.
4th year FO is $87/hr. 10th year Envoy CA is comparable. 4 year Allegiant CA is $144. Allegiant upgrade is anywhere from 1 year to 3 depending on what equipment you want to upgrade into.

The question is. What about when, not if, the flow becomes a trickle. Are you prepared for ENY CA pay in perpetuity?

Sadly, things do continue to get worse at Envoy, something many of us didn't think was possible. With hard lines WELL below guarantee, an average of 35% of the airline on reserve, and some part time/zero time lines the last few months, there is absolutely no reason our flow under the existing agreements should be metered to 30 right now. Ric Wilson's excuse is that "staffing models show we will be short staffed in the future," which is laughable if it weren't so asinine. Oh, and there were some TWA guys that should have generated even more flow slots for us, again!!! The company's selling point for coming to work for Envoy is that you won't have to work for Envoy for long, but yet then they pull this BS. I was a 2006 hire, and anticipate flowing sometime in the next two years. A lot could happen in that time.

March schedules will consist of four day trips, most with only two days off in between, making commuting for those that can hold a line extremely difficult. Management doesn't care.

On the reserve side, the 117 rules are now two years old, but still the company thinks their violation of the contract is working fine for them, so they have no incentive to change. Negotiations really haven't gone anywhere meaningful IMHO. Most FFD carriers have 12 days off min, and a higher guarantee than us. Again, management doesn't care. "The industry has changed" only applies when Parker/Glass says it applies, and certainly not when everyone else is getting contract improvements.

The flow isn't going to improve, schedules and reserve rules aren't going to improve, and we certainly aren't going to see pay increases like everyone else, because "the flow is enough." We are anticipated to be short on E145 F/O's with transfers and upgrades to the E175.

It's pretty much just a matter of re-arraigning the deck chairs on the Envoy-tanic at this point.

My points all along, but many tried to Pearl Harbor me from many angles for saying it..........and STILL do. Perhaps, you'll have better luck. I think the bottom line though is exactly what you said.......Management doesn't care.

As of 10 days ago, no new hires have gone into the 175.

You could always access the Envoy ad on this forum (that promises 50% of every AA new-hire CLASS for Envoy flows) for direct contact with their pilot recruitment.
