Wow....if I didn't call that one! CR700 is so confident that he walked in and mike dropped! Too funny. It STILL doesn't change the FACTS against your snake oil sales of this magical flow.

How many envoy pilots upgraded last year?

The company stated that this bid is to populate the flow plan for the next 3 to 4 months, so by the end of the second quarter they will have to run another bid if the movement is going to continue, by all accounts it will as long as there are new hires.

This guy gets it. Flow doesn't seem so magical now does it.

Live in the past much? Quit worrying about yesterday , focus on today and plan for tomorrow.

I love the fact that you're so arrogant you think we should thank you when you temporarily stop beating us. Typical AAG.

The main problem here is that your envoy pilots have no trust or faith in anything management says. Talk 'til you're blue in the face...most of us just don't trust our management. It's a sad reality and a sad state that our company finds itself in. You could have the pilots on your side if you decided to voluntarily make schedules better, not force us to file grievances over petty issues, not stall current grievances, flow at a pre agreed to 50%, fix pay comp so we get paid correctly etc. If the company pivots from the above issues we would become the loudest salesmen of envoy and AAG probably wouldn't need to spend $9-10 million a year for retention and recruitment bonuses.

We lost 75 in February.
