Had a similar situation. Go to the captain and beg and plead your case. I got on the JS in jeans.

The software works with the pairings and work rules you have, if the pairings aren't adequate and the workrukes are lacking it doesn't matter what software and who controls it... the end result will suck.

It's all about the work rules and pairings. Why do you think the last LOA tried to spin the "we control the pairings", to lead you to believe that you controlled most of the process. Don't focus on the software or who controls it, focused on what drives the software and those that operate it. Work rules are the single most important aspect affecting PBS if ever implemented at ENY.

Yes! PBS for a a duty rig of 5 hours a day. I'm all in! Make my 30 hour OKC overnight more envoyable.
