You guys talk about literally nothing. There is ZERO information on this thread. And it's not just APC. Other threads actually give good information. And believe it or not, some of us want to read about Envoy. Not read about bunch of idiots with too much time on their hands arguing.

Unfortunately nothing about Envoy. Other carriers don't seem to have as many of the same idiots. Endeavor, Compass, Republic...all of them are actually informative for the most part

At any rate, if true specific Envoy info is what you want, why not spend a measly $5 and join Eaglelounge ? You'll get more then just "positive spin" there like you do here and it's not dominated by a core cadre of "supporters" with an agenda. It seems like a small investment if you're really considering Envoy.

Just a suggestion.

Just pm whoever you think would give you a fair response. I've answered several pm's about ENY, it's much easier to do so and attempt to provide balanced information about the pros and cons we face and not have to be constantly being overrun by blowhards and trash-talkers.

Or as eaglefly would say I get to spin my management planted agenda on the virgin ears of some innocent prospective employee and corrupt them with my pro-envoy agenda.

 

OK, here's some info, no PM required. According to Envoy pilots, there won't be a vacancy bid until February or March and that according to one union source is likely to be a combined vacancy/displacement bid of equal size in ORD to transition E-145 pilots to E-175 positions. Supposedly, the plan is to flow 90 captains through March indicating a significant net loss of captains which apparently have some over-staffing relative to F/O's. Since the previous claim was 205-250 upgrades for 2016 or an average of 18-21 upgrades per month, this revelation doesn't indicate good news for the 2.5 year upgrade.

I believe the term used to describe this was that "the tide is trickling" or something to that effect. This is no "trash-talking" by any "blowhard", simply the info Envoy pilots themselves are revealing and not only important to consider in contemplating Envoy, but fair information. It would be nice to report better news on the advancement front, but so far, it doesn't seem to be materializing as previously promised or misrepresented. YMMV.

That's what I heard today. Not sure what the split is.

If these 10-12 person classes keep going we will be in decent shape.

Also, heard that the march block hours is going to increase about 3000 total hours.
Will it show in every schedule? Prob not but it is apparently going to be split between the 175 and 145.
