Not sure where you are getting 10%. The class percentage is above 10% all the way through DOS pilot group.

The pilots hired after DOS have about a 10% of the pilot group flowing per year. Prior to them it's a set number or percentage based on American class size. But getting to the DOS guys will take a few years 4 - 5 based on the agreement.

Yes, but it is a while til it gets there. Till ENY get to DOS and later guys it is still a healthy percentage of the class at AA.

PM anyone who sounds reasonable, I don't think people here are against sharing info with someone interested in working here. I personally wouldn't PM the super-negative ones because you already know the answer you're going to get, but don't discard their public arguments entirely. No regional is perfect. Their opinions do carry some truth.
