SGF has its days where all the flights are full but Jumpseating at least shouldn't be an issue for weight or anything normal. And because it is a maintbase sometimes there are off scheduled ops that people have hitched a ride on.
Of the commutes SGF to DFW or ORD would not be a terrible one.

I made a comment on a public forum about a known troll poster...
...who is STILL coming on here spreading lies and sowing disinformation. He admits publicly that he no longer works here. So, you tell me, what gives him the right to come on here and try his every effort (which isn't even close to working) to sabotage the hiring efforts here? Those hiring efforts, which incidentally, benefit YOU!
Additionally, if you're going to frame the argument under the colloquial "rights" to do something, what gives YOU the right to both lie through omission to potential new hires and then call current employees that offer up factual data on our QOL degradation liars?
Don't worry, I don't expect a straight answer from you.

There's that carrot and stick again.
LMAO! Look who's talking.
Him no longer working at Envoy has nothing to do with the accuracy of his posts. Can Neal Spanier not make comments either? Oh wait, you fired him because you didn't like what he said or did in defense of the pilots in the first place.

I found his post humorous as well. I'm glad he (cr700) confessed that he's on here preaching half lies for his benefit and not the new hires. Like I said before, I want this company to succeed on their own volition, not by recruiting people into half-baked promises. I'm glad people come, but just like I saw the true colors of this corporation, I hope the new hires can adapt like we have and have a much shorter headache than us senior guys have had. I hope you make a very thought-out decision and not a victim of the quick "used car salesman" sales pitch.

The math doesn't say so, in either the 145 or CRJ it would be impossible to cost the company more than they took from the pilots. On the high end you are maybe costing them 50K a year a more realistic number is in the 20K-25K ball park.

You're not reading that correctly. I didn't imply the amount taken from the whole pilot group, I only said the amount taken from my own paycheck.

Does anyone have any information about LGA regarding reserve time and what the lines are going to look like?
I'm about to start ioe soon (145 ORD) and i'm considering trying to get over to LGA if the reserve time is substantially shorter.
...my longer term goal is DFW since I live in TX, but figured I could probably hold a line fairly soon in LGA instead of dealing with endless ORD reserve
