I know I can get a little salesy sometimes. But, take a look at Spirit and Frontiers contract. It's terrible. Everybody knows Allegiant sucks and Jetblue isn't what it used to be. Most guys at Spirit and Frontier especially are really unhappy and just looking to jump to a legacy. American is already out of the question due to so many flows. If a Spirit, Allegiant, Jetblue or Frontier guy came to Envoy, they just guaranteed themselves a spot at American while they can continue to apply at legacy carriers. It's a no brainier.

Ok, let me just let everyone know that this guy is the only one at Envoy who thinks it's a good idea to leave Spirit and come to Envoy because maybe in 6 years you will flow to AA.

I am in agreement that no one is likely to leave an LCC to come here. What I cannot understand is when I see an Envoy 2010 or 2011 hire leave here for Spirit. Blows my mind.

Congratulations, you have won the idiot of the year award. Some of the crap you write is just pure flamebait.

Can someone inside post the most junior pilot that has flowed? It may be somewhere in the past 9000 posts, but I couldn't find it...

I think it's a great idea to punch out and go to jetBlue or Spirit. Why would a 2011 hire stay?
