You can go to Envoy, get your big bonus, apply to all the big boys, and if if your schedule gets unbearable, go to a diff regional worst case scenario after two years. You don't want the pilots on this thread biting their tongue You want all of us employees to speak the truth even if it's not professional It will give you a much better feel for what it's like to work here UND is an awesome aviation school. I had a bunch of friends that went there and they are all good pilots. Don't worry so much about working at AA. Take the first legacy that hires you.

Contractual. What does that mean? Hmmm..... According to my 10 plus years experience at this company, it means it's open to interpretation. Not so "rock solid" like you claim. Remember the section on reserve proffering? That was rock solid once. You proffer, and get your assignment. But nope, not now. You get a "preassigned" ass rape regardless of seniority. It is not in the contract, but it's being done. How about JMs? Contract states we can deny them for personal 'obligations'. But nope company comes and says, no, that means emergencies. Now since staffing is so screwed up they are saying any JM denied is automatic MA. Regardless.

The company has elected to stop printing the monthly bid packets because they say it is part of the "EFB agreement". No such thing was said nor written in the LOA. But yet, here we are, open to interpretation once again.

I wonder what would happen if ALPA would start the same practices. Oh wait! They get sued, and would lose!!

 

Do the iPads come with a data plan or even data capable, or they wifi only?

Are you allowed to use them for personal use, Skype, email, etc. or are they company use only?

What programs are you using for charts and weather?
