With all the bickering, mud slinging and axe grinding that goes on here, it's hard to process real information. For this reason, I wanted to post what is actually happening right now to give those that are truly interested in Envoy a picture of our current operations and what you can expect.

Envoy is hiring record numbers at present. We are hiring upwards of 60 per month. It's likely we will be hiring 70 plus sustained for 2017 in its entirety.

We are scheduled to flow record numbers to AA in 2017 as well. 330 plus is the number we are looking at presently.

New hires can make upwards of 60k on first year pay alone.

Bottom line is, Envoy is where you want to be if you want a long career at the largest, most stable major airline in the world. When looking at the history of regional carriers, Envoy quite possibly could be the best as it stands at present. No other carrier offers what Envoy is in regards to a total career path and putting you in the cockpit of an American Airlines aircraft.

Highest first year pay, most stable of all regionals as we are wholly owned by American Airlines and most of all, unrestricted flow from date of hire to AA in under 6 years. Name a regional that does all this and I might suggest you go there.

I might be a newbie, but this isn't true. The pilots flowing right now,the 824group are under some sort of arbitration rule.

Pass that, the company can adjust the flow as needed.

1) How so? Without using 1,000 hours of flight time, can you demonstrate how one would attain $60K in a year?

2) I'll wait on your answer to #1 to address #2.

I might not be a new hire but I know they can't just "adjust" the flow as needed. Theyd be in violation of the contract and that's not as simple as a adjustment of the flow.

A combination of new hire bonuses and a new first year pay rate of $38 per hour gets you to 60k in the first year. You won't have to fly 1000 hours to get it.

Moon is correct. The flow is contractual. If Envoy flowed a single person less than what is outlined in the contract, they would be in violation of said contract.

That said, this isn't even an issue. There won't be any issues with honoring the contract and flowing at the very least, the minimum numbers stated there.

Exactly. The union worked hard to get flow for everybody and it's right there in black and white in the contract. If you are hired at Envoy, you will flow to American. No ifs ands or buts.

38x1000 hours = 38K+22K bonus = 60K

You may not have to FLY 1000 hours, but you have to get PAID for 1000 hours, which is an average of 83 hours EVERY month. From what I have seen of schedules, this is difficult to do.

That's my point. Guarantee is 75 hours a month, or 900 hours a year. That's $34,110 at $37.90 per hour. Plus $22,100 is $56,210.

See my post above. Unless you credit over 1000 hours per year, it won't happen.
