Don't worry. With all the junior manning going on, being extended into days off, and per diem while sitting at the hotel for 30 hours, you will likely exceed $75,000 your first year. Not to mention picking up overtime at 200% pay rate and performance bonuses.

Until they change their minds again. The CRJs transferring depends on a lot of factors many of which are outside of Envoys control. The factors you mentioned are very much in their control. 50 CRJ captains flowing in the next 6 months have already been replaced. OCC status is fat right now. 2 new hires on the equipment is not for lack of new hires. Those numbers can easily be changed to fit demand. The planes may be leaving but they've said that before. Many, many times.

The union also worked hard to get a LTFO settlement, which includes return days. Return days that have once again been blanket denied for the next month.

This eqation is correct without per diem being added in. We aren't averaging 83 hours a month under present conditions. With all the JM it will prob be higher than $60k however.

Per diem is not pay. If it is then we might as will also add in the cost of all the hotel rooms you get to frequent and say that new hires will earn $75k

Right, but it's used to offset costs we incur. If you're a little frugal then it is some extra ching in your pocket. I also agree with you that $75K is probably not what we're going to earn in the end.

Envoy is hiring record numbers at present. We are hiring upwards of 60 per month. It's likely we will be hiring 70 plus sustained for 2017 in its entirety.

We are scheduled to flow record numbers to AA in 2017 as well. 330 plus is the number we are looking at presently.

New hires can make upwards of 60k on first year pay alone.

Bottom line is, Envoy is where you want to be if you want a long career at the largest, most stable major airline in the world. When looking at the history of regional carriers, Envoy quite possibly could be the best as it stands at present. No other carrier offers what Envoy is in regards to a total career path and putting you in the cockpit of an American Airlines aircraft.

Highest first year pay, most stable of all regionals as we are wholly owned by American Airlines and most of all, unrestricted flow from date of hire to AA in under 6 years. Name a regional that does all this and I might suggest you go there.
Terrible schedules, hostile management, 700 fleet leaving, emj's going to Piedmont. A few post back we showed what days off and credit are for all fleets for January, roughly it's low 70's with 12.9 days off. Reserves will make more then line holders In January

824 is a pretty good example
