You can expect 70 or more every month going forward. Envoy's flow is the best in the industry, less than 6 years from date if hire and with the upgrades coming down to 2.5 years as early as 2017, you'll see more lateral jumpers from non WO's.
I've said it before. Even junior LCC guys may be looking at Envoy now with things continuing to improve daily and most of all, for the one interview and express flow to American.
Exciting times at Envoy.

I got CRJ ORD on monday. I agree that I'm not sure that that LCC pilots are going to come here but I also don't think that things are as bad as some are making it out to be. I am literally at DFW going home and talking to envoy pilots they all really like it here I don't think it's as great as the recruiters on this thread make it sound and I don't think it's as bad as a few others make it sound I think it's somewhere in the middle I have never had a perfect job and all I can do is bring my positive attitude to this company Let's see what my posts look like in 6-8 months!

I'm a Oct 2015 CRJ hire. It's been good to me so far and I've honestly enjoyed my time here. Great group of guys to fly with ect. Don't let your happiness here be determined by what you read on a forum. Good luck.

This is total fantasy. None of the Envoy pilots I know that left for an LCC would even remotely consider coming back. With a 'bus or 73 type rating, they would much more likely get hired of the street at AA anyway...assuming they wanted to work for AAG again.

LOLed at that too. A little too much scotch in the punch at the company Christmas party.

....with 6+ year guys still in the queue, awarded but months away from training. Yeah it's going to drop if another big bid comes out, but until that happens, it is what it is.
Anyone else think these recruiters sound like spam bots??
