Proffers are awarded before preferences. Standby and sequences are proffers. Raps are preferences. It doesn't matter the order you put them in if you proffer for something they will give you that over a preference.

3. Where do I find that excel form that lays out base/seat manning with seniority numbers?

1. you can't really get an idea if you are going to get called on a SB. Those are usually last minute calls.
2. Call CS and call in sick. Then once you are well check in with the CPO with a phone call/email/office visit.
3. The (3u/base/seat/equipment/d) d is just the letter d. It stands for "domestic"

This will tell you where you are on the seniority list. I.e. 29 out of 130 pilots.

How do you read the 3U
For example if mine says currently holding bid status 71
Relative position is 69

What does that mean to me?

Means you are number 69 out of 71 on the lists.

You’re better off looking at the ALPA lists, they’re more accurate and updated more regularly than decs

I thought as much. Just scared to sign on as a cadet only to realize another regional is a better fit. That contract can be a bit scary tbh

What are you on the hook for if you change your mind and go somewhere else?

Read somewhere that if you accept their payout every so many hours, if you are obligated to be employed by them for two years

Yeah but if you don’t go to Envoy in the end what do you have to pay back?

Cadets get paid $500 every 100 hours (ATP mins at 1500 hours). It’s taken from you FO sign on bonus
