I don't see the UAL 175's being split up unless they're going to airlines already operating 175's.
Probably GoJet losing their 25 -700's.

I agree if they get split up, it will be between Mesa and Republic. I think the bidding war for Mesa will get interesting during the IPO.

My guess is that they’ll go to a company already flying the 175 or be split up between them. They can always park the 25 jets that GoJets is flying and give them nothing in return. Farming out work to subcontractors is all about cost and not jobs or employee quality of life.

When has that been a reason to not be awarded flying?? Republic was sued by DAL for not being able to fulfill their contract due to staffing and had to declare bankruptcy. Didn’t hurt them at all. CommuteAir still gets flying after the staffing issues they had. Bottom line is who is the cheapest.
