No. Our remaining CRJ-700's. Up until about a week ago, they were being dangled in front of us as possibly being placed with UAL. If they were, they would have fallen under the ISL. Rumors swirled about them possibly being placed at IAD or DEN with UAL. Last week Darrin pretty much confirmed what many of us already suspected. They are all being transferred to Inc.

For those who are still holding onto any hope that XJT has a future does this news finally make you realize that there is no reason to stay? Please, do what you need to do to head for the exit and get yourself out of there before its too late.
SKYW has proven time and time again that their intention is to completely wipe ExpressJet out. At every pivotal "fork in the road" where "something good can happen" for ExpressJet it has always turned out that the opposite happens and SkyWest somehow benefits.

SO even with the optimism about the 25 175s is not going to help? Best case scenario XJT gets them, still a net gain of zero? The best news now is not shrinking any more?
E-175 is just another rumor or carrot to offset terrible news?

I'm considered "untrainable" by the legacy carriers, plus my GPA from college way back when was less than a 3.0 so I'll never get to wear a double-breasted jacket.
The ULCC's and cargo carriers I've applied to haven't responded. I'm told they are afraid of pilots like me doing a "touch and go". Getting the type and taking off.
So at this point, I'm "resigned" to going to the ERJ. My hope is that the training event will make one of the legacy carriers reconsider me. Worst case I will have something to fly for at least 2-3 more years and another type rating.

The expense would be enormous for XJT to take on a new fleet type. Especially only 25. All the training in involved, including FA's and Mechanics.
