It comes down to education.. those who have been in the industry 5+ years would say Stay away from mesa. For the fresh cfi that hasn’t visited this forum and all they seenis there fancy adds. They flock there...

That Mesa contract is just one of the reasons the place has the reputation is does. It's also why so many use it as a last resort when looking for work in this industry. Other than living in domicile, there really isn't a good reason to work there if you have other choices.

Sometimes it could be a blessing going to Mesa. Me and my friends all got hired there in 1997. The ones that went there are at majors/LCC’s by 1999. I got to comfy at SkyWest.. now just leaving...sometimes miserable motivates....

(I also got hired at Xjet. But that was pay for training back then. But maybe i should have. Would have made it to CO before 9/11)

The bad has been open for 20 days now and your claiming IAH has a 5 year upgrade time?

Anyone in this industry for 5 years has already lost. We have CA’s leaving for Delta with 2700 hours fresh off of IOE.

Hasn't Delta hired FO's fresh off IOE with less then 2000 Total?

Doesn’t sound like we’re getting any dual class flying in the near future.
