Default Contract 2018

The red line is the XJT TA (including the EQO). The top line is Endeavor. The dashed blue line is the industry average.

I apologize by the bad resolution.

The XJT TA FO 70+ seat rate is the same as the 50 seat rate.

*The EQO adds $8.33/hr to captain rates and $10.42/hr to FO rates.

CA: $2000 quarterly divided by 240 hours
FO: $2500 quarterly divided by 240 hours

INC will still be majority owner after Jan 2019 so that will trigger section 6 however

Haha. I know those graphs. Prepared by management. Please do your own math, they are rarely anywhere near reality once you do a little sleuthing.

Why did they not include Republic?

These were produced by ALPA E&FA and Comm staff. That’s what happens when you have your own professionals rather than having to rely on the bargaining opponent to fund and produce your graphics.

I don’t see anything deceiving about them from my first glance. What exactly do you suggest to sleuth over since it sounds like you have some prior experience with your management deceiving you?

Ah, see it now. I was looking at the 50 seat chart before. The fact that the chart shows you above republic should give you pause.

The chart, as titled, includes the EQO. That’s why it factually shows above RAH.

No, we are still going for the full 25 frames. But there is not a lot of time to get us ready before the first deliveries. If there are delays in preparation and we can’t start flying the first 5 deliveries when they’re delivered, then someone else will take those planes.

This was accepted by the union out of pragmatism for the very tight schedule.
