The red line is the XJT TA (including the EQO). The top line is Endeavor. The dashed blue line is the industry average.
I apologize by the bad resolution.

The XJT TA FO 70+ seat rate is the same as the 50 seat rate.
*The EQO adds $8.33/hr to captain rates and $10.42/hr to FO rates.
CA: $2000 quarterly divided by 240 hours
FO: $2500 quarterly divided by 240 hours

The condition mentions 20 ERJs (instead of 25) to give company some flexibility if they run into trouble getting the program running in time for delivery of the first 4-5 airframes. In other words, it won’t trigger Section 6 negotiations if they can’t quite get the program running in time and UAL has to award the first frames to someone else.

These were produced by ALPA E&FA and Comm staff. That’s what happens when you have your own professionals rather than having to rely on the bargaining opponent to fund and produce your graphics.
I don’t see anything deceiving about them from my first glance. What exactly do you suggest to sleuth over since it sounds like you have some prior experience with your management deceiving you?

This was accepted by the union out of pragmatism for the very tight schedule.
