Okay, so is the INC contingency a thing or no?

If it's not in the contract then I'd imagine no.

It IS a thing, but we weren’t supposed to know about it. It was supposed to be redacted from the document given to us, but they forgot. So they reissued the TA with that part taken out, but it obviously still exists and obviously now the cat’s out of the bag and everyone and their brother knows about it.

There are three contingencies. Two were discussed in the webinar. A third, secret contingency was alluded to but it's wrapped in a non-disclosure agreement, hence it isn't being revealed to the pilot group. But alas, when the TA document was published to us, there were THREE contingencies fully spelled out.

Do we know for sure the "oopsies" contingency published in the TA and later edited off the document is the secret contingency? No, we don't. It could be something totally different. But the assumption most are making is that this is indeed the secret contingency.

So we can't answer your question. There's no way for us to confirm this right now.

Don't let the timeline scare you. The timeline is made-up crap. Just like it was for C5.

Those are not FO rates, are they? They're captain rates. This TA at XJT gives far better captain rates than that.

What you deceivingly didn't post is that C5 is paying captain rates for FOs. The reason for that is the real kicker. I wonder how long this will last.

C5's actual FO rates are similar to XJT's current rates.

So what if someone works more than 80 hours a month? You guys are trying to use a set bonus and attribute an hourly rate to it. Anyone working more will get less per hour. More airplanes means more hours. Again, seems like fuzzy math.

I apologize by the bad resolution.

The XJT TA FO 70+ seat rate is the same as the 50 seat rate.

*The EQO adds $8.33/hr to captain rates and $10.42/hr to FO rates.

CA: $2000 quarterly divided by 240 hours
FO: $2500 quarterly divided by 240 hours
Those charts are very disingenuous as The EQO does not add to to any rate.

If you are flying a premium trip at say 200%, your only getting 200% of your contractual rate, not 200% of this BS “EQO included rate”.

If you credit more than 70hrs, every hour over 70 is done at the flat rate.

Not on the 50 seat chart. We still have 50 seat rates at republic and our 50 seat rates that were negotiated in 2015 are still higher than what your TA proposes as actual rates.

Multiply the new hourly rate by 75, and then multiply that by 12. Add $8000 if you’re a CA, $10000 if you’re an FO. If that’s not enough for you, then vote no and keep what you have now. (Which is far less)

-anybody else find it very interesting how many OTHER regionals’ pilots are chiming in to say what a bad deal this is? Almost like they want it to fail? Wonder why........
