A appreciate the posting and charts and hoping someone in Sapa with snap shot them for when we get company charts in a month or two.
Republic 2018 pay?!? SkyWest is about to move to 2019 pay with or without the current negotiations.
What does that average line include because that is going to move if expressjet/ASA go from the bottom to third.

I believe the average does NOT include the XJT TA pay rates and EQO. The chart shows that XJT would move to second.

By who and why? Because United is not buying xjet? So OO is still pulling the strings? What if OO tells United no thanks we can't staff any new airframes or they don't want to invest millions of dollars to start the 175 program? Maybe the clause was dropped but still applies? You know, a loop hole type deal?

You should be dividing the Override by 210, not 240. That makes it:
$11.90/hr FO
$9.52/hr CA
You must maintain a 70 hour monthly average throughout the quarter (210 total). So you can drop below 70 some months and make it up on the other months.

You guys can get more. Most FO's at C5 are getting these rates. I know shiny jets are what got C5 their current contract so spare me the story because the contract SUCKS.
Don't let the timeline scare you. The timeline is made-up crap. Just like it was for C5.

Contingency #2 has not been "dropped." The agreement is still in effect. The language referred to before was not approved for release, and therefore was removed.

Yeah, but that’s not how the EQO was computed for the purposes of the charts. The 210 hour divisor would equate to a higher pay rate. But ALPA used the 240 hours (3 months at 80 hours) because that’s probably what they used to convert the $2k from the captains EQO into pay rates. They probably used that figure because it’s about the average the lines are built.

It's "Earned Quarterly Override." It's an additional $10000 per year for FOs and $8000 per year to CAs, paid quarterly, as long as they average at least 70 credit hours per month in the preceding quarter.
Unlike a bonus, it is contractual and can't be pulled away at the whim of the company.
