I’m actually mature enough to recognize that both contracts have advantages. There are some things I think are better on the LXJT side. So you might want to grow up as well and recognize that you may be able learn from others and not just dismiss them out of hand.

Both contracts had good points. As a former Lxjt Rep from the dark days. This was suggested to your (LASA). Takes the better language from each contract and that would be the baseline.

Unfortunately your NC and MEC refused. Their mantra is we bought you/knew better. See how all of this peacocking put us in this current position.

Both groups need to step back, take a deep breath and make this work.

Not really. If a leg is cancelled, you get actual or scheduled for the day. So if you had three legs totaling 6 hours and two of them cancel, you still get 6 hours.
