It's entertaining watching Mesa and Skywest pilots on here debating and acting like they know all about this contract and what UAL is doing!!!

Preaching to the choir, but we do have:
4:12 MDG
4:1 Trip rig
2:1 Duty rig up to 12 hours, then 1:1 after

All of these rigs are currently based on scheduled, not actual duty, which blows.

Yeah, LASA was better I think. But it brings up the point that payscales are only part of a contract. You can have lower payrates but a great contract that makes up for it, or higher payrates but a crappy contract. One of the big advantages of the LASA side was our cancellation (leg by leg), duty rigs, block or higher, etc. I was once able to credit over 120 hours at LGA with about 72 hours of block.
We can work on that stuff later.

LXJT doesn’t have leg-by-leg cancellation?

And Skywest also has historical block.

Not really. If a leg is cancelled, you get actual or scheduled for the day. So if you had three legs totaling 6 hours and two of them cancel, you still get 6 hours.

LASA side has leg by leg. But our contract sucks. 🙄
