I took a job offer from this company primarily for the EWR base and due to the fact it seemed like a great opportunity for career progression with growth, a fast upgrade and the Aviate program.
Thus far they’ve only delivered on the EWR base and that appears to be disappearing soon. Not too happy this drawdown seems to have been in the works for a while either. Wish I would have known.

There is no winning argument here in that setting. They are preloaded to turn you down if you express any lack of desire to commute or relocate. Those are your two options from their point of view. Obviously changing companies is an option, just one that will get you a TBNT. Again, showing up not rested is not an option and it’s on you to make that happen.
