I'm referring to the CRJ side. I don't believe it's lying to anyone when I say this is a good place to be at. So please tell me how that's taking advantage of someone. The ERJ side, I agree on.

Until we one side is sold off or shuttered, it's the same fate for all new hires. That's how. Anyway, it's not like the crj side has higher first year pay. shorter upgrade, higher bonus, flow or guaranteed interview.

Word on the street is there will be a TA by summers end. The SLI will somewhat favor the ASA side. It is also being said that do not be to surprised if Delta comes in and buys some of the pilot group if not all. With Delta's lightning speed contract TA, and what looks like the same with Expressjet, makes one wounder why the rush. let's just say there is something in the works. Can't say much for the other regionals, but it appears that this Delta TA will benefit the new Expressjet, more than any other regional, for the better. Things are definitely looking good as time goes forward.

What will most likely happen. ASA gets extension. Get 10 or so new planes. XJT goes out in 2017 when all planes contract expire. ASA gets merged into Skywest. OR sold to delta and merged into endeavor

XJT will get 170s or 175s out of EWR as well as 145 extensions. ASA will stay salty as ******.
What will most likely happen, right?
LASA will continue as a separate entity owned by SKywest Holdings or other ownership. In light of the hundreds of millions of dollars Holdings has blown on the XJT/Asa merger, if Delta buys LASA, I don't foresee it merging it with 9E. It would make more sense to keep it as a separate, but wholly owned airline.
There's also the question of how SKYW's 100 new MRJ's will be distributed once scope issues are resolved.

Agreed, for the most part. LXJT will probably not exist after 2017. Delta doesn't want it and United can't afford to buy it. Delta and its contractors will rush to fill the voids caused by the death of LXJT.
