All I can say is the XJT I started at 8 years ago was a lot different than it is now. All the problems have been hashed out already and I'm sure you are aware of most. It truly is sad to see. Also it is not just on the pilot side either. Latest I heard is the mechanics are talking 'strike'.

March - 30
April - 32
May - 32
You can expect hiring to continue for 2013 at a rate of 2 classes per month. After May, expecting a minimum of 26 per month with the possibility of larger classes depending on attrition. Specific aircraft hiring is unknown at this time.

Anyone get a call yet for the ERJ check airman job? It seemed like they wanted people in class fast but I and multiple people I know haven't heard anything. Maybe I just hang out with shady people.
