200 guys, how are those mixed engine ops? Glanced at the bulletin right before a came over to the 700. Looks like a nightmare

Not sure why it'd be a nightmare. You didn't know you were in one until you looked real hard for it.

It's not a mix of airplanes. It's a mix of engines. 1 cf34a and 1 cf34b on the same 200 airframe. Can't use the FMS for any info relating to power or fuel.

How much difference is there between them?

Anyone know if the union is addressing the fact that with new rest rules we could end up working more "restfull" days and less days off?
I would hate ending up with 12 day off months do to low credit 3-4 days.
I know they are working on min day credit but realistically what would it have to be to not take a hit on time at home.
I'm honestly more fatigued sitting around at hotels "resting" not home then if I were working hard them going home for a good stretch
Sorry if its been covered before I haven't seen it please don't yell at me capt tony

Not sure of why they would address anything at all. I can honestly think of many months in the past when we were overstaffed etc. and my schedule was made up of (four) 4 days and my credit was somewhere around 73-74hrs. Like 16-18hr 4 days. Was pretty weak but no one said anything and I didn't hear any griping. Think about all of they guys on reserve. They gotta work ALOT to break guarantee. Sure they do it, but with like 12-13 days off.
I'd assume it will be about the same when things change. A bunch of guys willing to do ANYTHING to fly a jet. Even if that means having less days off and less pay. You'll see. No one will care. As long as they get their jet to fly and brag to family members at holidays that they are a "pilot". Why waste the email?

If I recall correctly, an intermix has an A engine and a B engine, a 200's rudder (25 as opposed to 33), the 100's engine limitations/performance, and I think there's the possibility of a CAS Miscomp status message.
I'm really not sure why they're saying we can't use Aerodata or FMS thrusts. Aerodata has an iMix database for this config.
