You shouldn't have to call for that? Are you on the CRJ or ERJ? Even if you had to call they can't deny it

CRJ. They are claiming that they need a minimum of 8 people on that day, but they only have 6. So all swaps on those days get denied and they have no control over it.

So in other news... it's nice they updated the Fatigue Policy. Very timely right before the summer (short-staffed) rush

I was too lazy to look up the old version, but the new doesn't sound much different. What changed? And yes, what a coincidence this comes right before our worst summer ever.

No clue, something about how the ERC considers them? I think it was more of a reminder of how it works and surely no one will abuse it this summer....
they won't have the chance to abuse it, too busy actually using it will be my guess. Hold on to something, June is just around the corner!

From the way I read it, the new fatigue report that gets submitted is no longer an ASAP.
Before, the fatigue report was an ASAP with some extra fatigue questions on it.

But the FRC are basically the same people on the ARC. Or are they... Is management stacking the deck on that too now? How convenient. A new way to deny pay for fatigue calls, and thus punish us for calling in fatigued with their unflyable schedules. TFAYD!

CRJ position notice with 16 upgrades starting 8/1... As usual, too little too late.
