Quick question , can you use any headsets at XJT or do they have to be TSO?

Officially TSO'd. I use a non-TSO uflymike. If the FAA or company show up, I just put it back in my flightcase.

No. Did away with sim evals some time ago. Heard a rumor they may start back, but really have no idea if they will or not.

Really? That's very interesting. So they just take your word for it now. Sounds like cost cutting at it's best.

Just spoke with a recruiter a few days ago and he said they use the cognitive test in place of a sim eval.
